What information do I need to provide in order to get a quote?

Can I hire Bodas Huatulco just to help me create my wedding day itinerary?
Yes, although our recommendation is always to choose our Wedding Planner service, we know that the budget may not be ideal to hire us as part of your wedding team, however, we will not leave you alone, we offer personalized consulting sessions, as well as the contracting suppliers and locations (with our exclusive agreements), if you are interested in these options. Contact us for more information.
How long in advance should I book my wedding in Huatulco?
BahĂ­as de Huatulco is a destination that increasingly promotes romance tourism, so many couples decide to celebrate love in this paradise, for this reason, we recommend you to book at least one year in advance, that way you can choose the venue and vendors before other couples. In case of doing it with less time in advance, do not worry! We will look for available options for the requested date.
What should I do to book my event?
Once you agree with the proposal sent, we will send you a contract by email that you must send signed, it will also be necessary to make an advance deposit of 25% of the total amount, with this we will proceed to the reservation of the contracted services.
Which ways of payment do you have?

Do I have to pay the total of the wedding when I book?
It is not necessary to cover the full amount from the beginning. We reserve with the advance of 25% of the cost of the event, you can pay the rest in different payments. The total amount must have been paid 100%, at most, 15 days before the event..
Can I attend an event coordinated by Bodas Huatulco?
For sure! We will be delighted to receive you at one of our events so that you can witness our way of working.
What venues do you offer for the reception?
We have excellent agreements with all the luxury and 5-star hotels in Huatulco, private houses, villas and gardens with astonishing ocean views, beach clubs and some places outside of Huatulco (Mazunte, Puerto Escondido, Zipolite). Being independent of the venues available for events, we have the possibility to explain the advantages and disadvantages of each location, so you choose the best one according to your wants, needs and budget, you can also visit our destination by taking a Wedding Tour with Bodas Huatulco, we can take you to visit different venues and meet some vendors, so that you can choose the wedding place of your dreams.
If I contact a hotel directly, will they offer me the same prices as you?
Yes, however, we have better benefits for being a "frequent customer" of them. Also, keep in mind that the packages offered by the hotels cannot be customized.
